Job Summary
Design the orchestration layer for agentic workflows and build multi-provider LLM infrastructure to handle non-deterministic, cost-sensitive workloads. Architect agent networks and the identity and knowledge layer that powers real-time personalization across a growing graph. Rethink email, calendar, and contacts as AI-native experiences while defining service ownership and the trust and autonomy system. Work end-to-end on greenfield architecture decisions without platform handoffs, focusing on distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs. Join the EPD team in SF or NYC for five days a week in-person.
Required Qualifications
- Have built and scaled backend systems through a company's high-growth arc
- Are comfortable defining technical direction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Think in systems -- distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, reliability
- Have experience with LLM infrastructure, agentic systems, or real-time AI workloads in production
- Are excited about working in-person, five days a week
- 5 days per week in person, in either SF or NYC
