Staff Backend Engineer

Job Summary
Staff Backend Engineer responsible for designing and implementing scalable distributed systems and data pipelines, leading architecture and roadmap for online serving platforms, collaborating across teams to enable open and extensible platforms, and resolving critical system issues. Requires extensive experience in Java/Python, AWS, Spring, large-scale system architecture, and a track record of delivering high-availability services; hybrid work model in Hyderabad with at least 3 days in the office per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software design and development in Java, Python
- Hands-on experience with designing, building, and deploying scalable, high-availability systems
- Large system architecture design and development experience
- Experience with cloud computing with AWS
- Experience in developing container-based testing environments
- Experience with Java / IntelliJ / Spring environment
