Job Summary
Conduct audit, review, and compilation procedures including testing of controls, substantive testing, and analytical procedures to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial information. Offer proactive assistance and support to Senior Professionals while effectively communicating and cultivating collaborative relationships with peers, supervisors, and clients. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in auditing practices to enhance technical skills through professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Familiar with accounting and reporting standards, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited college or university
- CPA or obtain 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client responsiveness
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
- Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively
- Approach projects with a sense of urgency
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview is a plus
