Staff Attorney 1

Develop and participate in litigation, including class actions, complex cases, and appeals, responsive to community needs. Represent individual clients in negotiations, mediations, administrative, and judicial proceedings. Identify and engage with internal and external stakeholder workgroups to address systemic issues impacting clients. Expand service delivery to underserved populations through strategic community outreach, workshops, and know-your-rights trainings. Prepare training materials, publications, and reports as necessary. Work under direct supervision of the Associate Managing Attorney while collaborating with legal, advocacy, and outreach teams. This role supports DRC's mission to end discrimination against people with disabilities and increase access to public and private programs.
