Job Summary
Staff Associate to support environmental, civil, and construction material testing projects across BLE's Regional Quality Assurance group. Responsibilities include day-to-day project management support (proposals, cost estimates, reporting), site investigations and field inspections to support project objectives, ELL testing on containment systems, operating and calibrating membrane-testing equipment, documenting findings with detailed summary reports and aerial maps, and traveling to project sites across the U.S. (primarily the southeast). Work closely with BLE project managers and clients, adhere to safety standards, and continually update skills in leak detection technology and membrane applications. Minimum qualification includes an Associate's degree with 0-2 years of related experience and ability to travel as required. Required Qualifications

- 0-2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in relevant fields
- Willingness to travel regularly to local and regional project sites, including overnight stays
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Associate-level field testing and inspection experience preferred
