Job Summary
Staff Associate to join BLE's Regional Quality Assurance group, contributing to environmental, civil, and construction material testing projects. Responsibilities include day-to-day project management support (proposals, cost estimates, and field reporting), site investigations, field inspections, data collection, and preparation of detailed reports and maps. ELL testing and operation/maintenance of containment-membrane systems across diverse project environments, with travel to project sites across the U.S. (primarily southeast). CQC duties include sampling and testing of soil, concrete, aggregates, geosynthetics, geotechnical materials under supervision. Emphasis on adhering to safety protocols, quality control procedures, and collaboration with project managers, clients, and contractors. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 0-2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in relevant fields
- Required to travel regularly to local and regional project sites, including overnight stays, and perform extensive fieldwork under varying environmental conditions, while adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Background checks as part of conditional offers
- Ability to interview on site where the position is located
