Job Summary
Provide administrative support to Lending Officers by answering calls, directing communications, and greeting clients professionally. Prepare and verify loan documents, post new loans on SilverLake, and run corresponding GL tickets. Process payments and disbursements while comparing figures to loan requirements and reviewing policy guidelines for conformance. Maintain and update loan records on Synergy and in physical files, ensuring UCC and EFS filings are current. Research and resolve discrepancies, assist loan officers with inquiries, and balance monthly reports. Review previous day's loan input and reports to ensure corrections are completed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience and support in lending area
- Educational background in accounting or equivalent obtained through practical experience
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Assertiveness
- Excellent decision-making abilities
- Keyboarding and computer skills
- Typing speed of 70 wpm
- Software skills such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
