Job Summary
Provide day-to-day IT support for football technology operations, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage AD/Windows, networking, VPN, M365, CrowdStrike, Adobe, VPN clients, and other business apps; support device inventory/MDM; partner with vendors and internal departments to deploy and maintain football-related technology solutions and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to lift, move, pack, and unpack equipment and systems weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work extended hours, including holidays and weekends
