Job Summary
Conduct residential appraisals using advanced technology and techniques, setting your own schedules and choosing assignments to maximize production goals. Perform physical property inspections and complete modern collaborative valuations while maintaining geographic competency in real estate trends. Manage client solicitation commissions and ensure monthly minimum production targets are met. Work with one-on-one support and best practice knowledge sharing within the team, utilizing UAD 3.6 software with training and support.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Residential Appraiser
- Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations
- Motivated Self-starter with high energy
- Efficient time management & results driven
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Geographic competency in real estate trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
- Ability to complete physical property inspections
- No current or pending state disciplinary actions
- Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
