Job Summary
Complete Desktop and Field appraisal assignments consistent with client-driven turn times and quality standards. Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports, including jumbo loans and unique properties, while troubleshooting revision requests with field appraisers and lenders. Independently resolve quality control escalations by coaching appraisers and managing client communications to ensure swift resolution. Maintain licensure in good standing, attend continuing education courses, and adhere to USPAP, FNMA, and state regulations. Provide timely web updates on all assignments to ensure excellent customer service. This role requires a Florida real estate appraiser license, full-time authorization without sponsorship, and work-from-home capability with coverage expertise in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market. ServiceLink covers licensure renewal and continuing education costs.
Required Qualifications
- Florida real estate appraiser license and certification
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- No requirement for sponsorship for employment visa status
- Located within reasonable commuting distance of the Miami/Fort Lauderdale FL market
- Appraisal expertise in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale FL market
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to work independently
- Commitment to development of quality appraisal products
- Interest in appraisal innovation and integrity
- Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal report and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in the Microsoft software products
- Licensed/Certified Appraiser
- Experience to appraise a broad range of property types
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintain license(s) in good standing
- Maintain a thorough understanding of USPAP, FNMA and all state regulations as they pertain to the performance of appraisal services
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ServiceLink's quality standards for completion and delivery expectations of appraisal reports to clients
- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism in attire, appearance, and demeanor when completing site visits
Desired Qualifications
