Job Summary
Lead and implement the design of Coupang Pay product apps, participating in system design discussions with senior and junior developers. Drive engineers on mission-critical projects and quickly resolve complex business problems. Mentor junior developers and provide top programming skills for innovative consumer mobile product development. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Android development, particularly with Java or Kotlin, and experience with high-quality, large-scale consumer applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of Android coding development experience using Java or Kotlin
- Experience in developing high-quality large-scale consumer apps
- Proven track record of delivering mission-critical systems
- Experience in B2C business domain
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Payment domain work experience
- Experience in cross-platform (Flutter) mobile development
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong passion for implementing products
- Familiarity with agile software methodologies
