Job Summary
Staff Analytics Engineer to own the shared data platform and modelling layer across Fitness Passport. Own the Snowflake data modelling, semantic layer, and the shared dbt project, establish standards, CI/CD, and a comprehensive data quality/testing strategy. Lead technical design discussions, mentor the L4 Analytics Engineer, and enable self-service analytics for various stakeholders (PDS, Finance Analysts, PMs). Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive parts of the modelling pipeline and drive pragmatic, scalable data solutions. The role emphasizes leadership in modelling conventions, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, with a hybrid Sydney-based work arrangement.
