Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- three to five years of business analysis experience
- Experience generating insights from digital consumer behavioral analytics data using platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
- Ability to write and audit SQL queries (joins, aggregations, basic transformations) against BigQuery
- Experience designing dashboards to empower decision-making with tools like Looker Studio, Infogram or similar
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, visual) for non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Exposure to analytics projects from conception to completion
- Experience with data visualization for stakeholder presentations
- Familiarity with creating self-service analytics interfaces
- Experience with A/B testing programs
- Office-based role with preference for Boston and hybrid work policies
