(Staff) AI Solution Architect

Job Summary
Design and build enterprise-grade AI platforms and AI-native applications, including GenAI and agentic systems, owning the end-to-end architecture and hands-on implementation. Scale AI/ML and GenAI solutions from PoC to production using MLOps/LLMOps practices; design APIs, microservices, and integrations across complex enterprise environments; own model lifecycle, CI/CD/CT pipelines, observability, and cost transparency; define governance practices including security, compliance, and model traceability; implement cloud-native solutions and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) in Azure; act as a technical lead to bring structure and engineering rigor across teams. Hybrid work model with locations in Espoo, Helsinki, and Tampere, Finland; strong emphasis on collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business value.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience leading or driving ML engineering initiatives
- Deep Azure experience (Azure DevOps, cloud-native services)
- Strong understanding of MLOps / LLMOps practices and production-grade AI systems
- Experience driving best practices across teams
- Strong Python skills and hands-on development capability
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Finnish is considered a plus
