Staff AI Engineer- (Global Security)

Job Summary
Build AI integrated software to automate security operations in RBC using Python-based tech stack, integrating LLM-powered capabilities with existing data pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists and cybersecurity specialists to design agentic workflows, design interfaces to bank systems and data sources to enable AI compatibility, and contribute to API design and integration across disparate systems. Strong communication to translate business requirements, and a willingness to advance concepts in cybersecurity. Nice-to-have: degree in computer engineering or related field; 2-3 years in software development and ML engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Experience designing complex software using python-based tech stack
- Experience with agentic AI toolkit
- Experience designing API interfaces and working with disparate systems
- Ability to communicate to business and exchange requirements
- Desire to learn new concepts, specifically in the field of cybersecurity
- 2-3 years of experience in the domain of software development, machine learning engineering
