Job Summary
Design backend orchestration layers for AI components within microservices, focusing on agent workflows and runtime operations. Build scalable LLM-powered systems including RAG pipelines, tool-use workflows, and multi-step reasoning agents using frameworks like LangChain or internal code-based orchestration. Develop integrations between LLM, RAG, TTS, and ASR systems while writing and optimizing prompts for AI agents. Conduct integration testing to ensure proper functionality across vertical domains such as healthcare, education, banking, and insurance. Collaborate with research and product engineering teams to implement agent-based solutions that enhance user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science or related field
- 10+ years industry experience
- Master's and 8+ years
- PhD + 5 years
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms
- Understanding of neural networks
- Understanding of reinforcement learning
- Understanding of cognitive architectures
- Understanding of multi-modality including speech and vision
- Development skills in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch)
- Familiarity with Multiple Agent architectures
- Experience in designing and implementing multi-agent systems
