Job Summary
Own ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end by structuring messy, undefined problems with incomplete information and driving them to measurable customer outcomes. Lead executive-level customer engagements to earn trust, communicate clearly under pressure, and commit to plans without overpromising. Apply structured, analytical problem-solving to segment issues, quantify severity, prioritize ruthlessly, and make crisp recommendations despite ambiguity. Partner with Engineering on high-leverage tradeoffs, separating launch-critical needs from nice-to-haves while balancing speed, quality, and scalability. Own delivery, adoption, and outcomes by driving measurable value in production and maintaining the customer relationship. Create reusable patterns by turning recurring solutions into scalable product, platform, playbook, or process improvements. This fast-paced, hands-on role requires 8+ years of experience including 5+ in management consulting.
