Job Summary
As a Staff Action Coordinator Officer (SACO) within KBR's Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems division, you will serve as the primary manager for internal and external workflow, routing, and synchronization of staff actions to ensure timely execution of directives from the Chairman. You will provide quality control by reviewing staff packages for policy compliance and senior-leader standards, act as an action officer in the Strategic Initiatives Group to support high-priority projects and long-range planning, and maintain operational tempo through accountability systems. Responsibilities include supporting ETMS2 and CATMS actions for JIATF 401, analyzing and routing actions, monitoring completion progress, preparing consolidated responses for Senior Management, developing standard operating procedures for task management, generating metrics, managing internal/external action tracking, calendar management, executive communications, travel, event planning, meeting facilitation, and preparing read-ahead materials and meeting minutes. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of government experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and proven ability to work with senior executives across organizational levels while adapting to a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience within any Government agency
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with senior executives
- Experience coordinating and synchronizing complex initiatives across organizational boundaries
- Knowledge of calendar management, travel planning, and written briefings
