Job Summary
Enter and maintain all credit card deposits and chargebacks while reconciling store paperwork against actual received funds. Investigate and resolve customer disputes, manage billbacks to ensure prompt fund returns, and reconcile credit card receivables. Liaise with stores and credit card processors or trucker companies to investigate discrepancies until resolution, and assist with credit applications and new processor integrations when needed. Adhere to PCI compliance regulations and handle accounts receivable as necessary. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting. This role supports Yesway's operations across its 450 stores in the Midwest and Southwest, ensuring accurate financial tracking for its iconic foodservice and grocery offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years of experience in a similar role
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
