Job Summary
Process vendor invoices, request W-9s, and run weekly check runs to ensure accurate Accounts Payable entry. Prepare, review, and submit daily and weekly invoices while reconciling payments to pending Accounts Receivable. Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate records and provide accounting support as assigned by the Controller. This full-time, in-office role in Warrenton, VA, requires 3-5 years of experience and proficiency in Sage and Excel. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role or combination of related experience
- Experience with billing
- Experience with Sage
- Effective problem-solving skills to identify and correct financial discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong Excel spreadsheet skills; proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work on a team and independently
