Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations in a manufacturing facility; responsibilities include leading accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, expense processing, managing receivables aging, month-end and year-end close (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, amortization), completing credit applications for new suppliers, assisting with payroll entries and reconciliations, assisting with cash flow preparation and reconciliation, and contributing to ERP implementation. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA (or near completion); 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience; strong Excel and ERP experience; manufacturing experience a definite asset; excellent English communication.
