Job Summary
Conduct monthly bank and cash reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and support the month-end and year-end close process. Review invoice accruals, resolve accounting discrepancies, and prepare financial schedules for management reporting. Process payroll-related accounting, reconcile intercompany activity, and import banking activity into QuickBooks Online. Assist with registering new legal entities and provide support during annual financial audits. Participate in process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2–3 years of public accounting experience (preferred audit or advisory background)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Desired Qualifications
- CPA or CPA candidate
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar ERP/accounting software.
- Experience working with multi-entity organizations
- Familiarity with payroll accounting and intercompany accounting
