Staff Accountant - SEC Reporting

Job Summary
Prepare and maintain supporting schedules, tie-out documentation, and financial statement workpapers for quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. Support audit preparation by responding to internal and external auditor requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate information for financial disclosures. Assist in research and documentation of technical accounting matters, monitor new GAAP pronouncements, and prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure compliance with SEC requirements. This role interfaces with the general ledger, tax, international, and legal teams within Celsius Holdings, Inc., a global CPG company managing the CELSIUS®, Alani Nu®, and Rockstar® portfolios. Candidates must be willing to work in the office daily and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 1–3 years of experience in public accounting and/or SEC reporting at a publicly traded company
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on diverse matters
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties
- Willingness to work in the office daily
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- CPA license or actively pursuing CPA licensure
- Big 4 or national firm experience
- Knowledge of Workiva
