Staff Accountant - Rockford Area

Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and balance sheet accounts, while preparing and posting journal entries with proper coding. Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports to ensure timely payments, and maintain fixed asset sub-ledgers by calculating monthly depreciation. Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, support inventory costing and reconciliation, and help manage internal and external audit requests.
