Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or public accounting; internships may be considered
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and understanding of state and local tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with Oracle systems; experience with Hyperion is a plus
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or progress towards certification is advantageous
