Job Summary
Process, review, and reconcile corporate credit card transactions, employee expense reports, and cash activity to ensure accuracy. Prepare monthly account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Record accruals and prepaid expenses, post inventory transactions, and prepare Cost of Goods Sold entries. Process payroll through Paycom and manage accounts payable workflows via Bill.com. Maintain general ledger accounts in QuickBooks and assist with monthly financial statement preparation. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations for a finance team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0–2 years of accounting experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
