Job Summary
Process accounts payable invoices with proper coding and approvals, prepare vendor payments, and reconcile statements to resolve discrepancies. Maintain vendor records, oversee the purchase order system, and partner with department managers to ensure accurate account coding and financial reporting. Reconcile payroll and benefit-related accounts, coordinate payroll activities, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Assist with month-end inventory counts, prepare documentation for annual audits, and support budgeting, financial reporting, and special projects. This role reports to the Director of Finance within the Administration team at Rehoboth Beach Country Club.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Experience with Jonas Club Software and Paylocity
- Private club, hospitality, or similar service industry experience
