Job Summary
Prepare and review Wallet-related bank reconciliations for all major capital programs, including US/CAD Capital and Wallet Debit Card Program, ensuring SOX compliance. Manage Wallet subledgers, process daily Post Repayments in ReZEN, and validate transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and Origination Fee Recon. Support Payouts and Revenue Operations by resolving discrepancies and assist with month-end close activities for Wallet Capital Advance, Lending, and Interest Accrual. Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot wallet issues, address Intercompany GL reconciliations, and participate in system enhancements and automation initiatives. Perform ad hoc analyses as required. Monday-Friday IST 5:00pm to 2:00 am. Must be based in India and join within 45 days.
Required Qualifications
- CA fresher or equivalent accounting background
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, reconciliations, and month-end close activity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Must be based in India
- Must be able to join within 45 days of offer
- Monday - Friday IST 5:00pm to 2:00 am availability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Business Central, Reason, ReZEN, or similar ERP/subledger systems
- Prior experience with reconciliations or transactional accounting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes, systems, and workflows
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and proactively resolve issues
