Staff Accountant, Property

Conduct accounting functions for operational areas including lease and loan agreements, accounts receivable, straight-line rent, fixed assets, construction, and property operating expenses. Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and execute lease classification tests in accordance with US GAAP and SOX requirements. Monitor outstanding balances, review bad debt determinations, and maintain accurate working papers for external reporting. Document processes, identify automation opportunities, and support internal and external auditors during control testing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial statement accuracy and deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
