Job Summary
Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and departments; maintains and balances an automated consolidation system; analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciles accounts; prepares payments and disbursements; develops and implements accounting procedures; answers accounting and financial questions; provides accounting support for mergers and acquisitions; protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential; assists with responses to SOX internal and external audit requests; completes related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
