Staff Accountant

Job Summary
The Staff Accountant will manage accurate financial records, prepare timely financial reports, and support compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing monthly financial statements, assisting in budget development, performing account reconciliations, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies. The position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
