Staff Accountant - Inventory & AP

Job Summary
Inventory & Accounts Payable Accountant will manage the full accounts payable cycle, review vendor statements, reconcile inventory data between e-commerce and accounting systems, monitor month-end close, and support process improvements. Role requires oversight of AP and inventory reconciliation, involvement in cost of goods sold calculations, and collaboration with accounting leadership. Proficient QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills are required; experience with e-commerce or Shopify is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience, including accounts payable responsibilities.
- Experience with inventory accounting in a product-based business.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Inventory Reconciliation, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Inventory Adjustments, Month-End Close Processes.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
