Job Summary
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and develop complex financial models for strategic planning. Collaborate with internal departments on budgeting and reporting while maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. This onsite role in Harwood Heights, IL requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 1-3 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work onsite in Harwood Heights, IL
