Staff Accountant II

Prepare monthly reconciliations for bank and assigned accounts, book recurring and cleanup journal entries, and monitor aged cash receipts to ensure timely resolution. Support month-end closing responsibilities, assist external and internal auditors with quarterly reviews and annual audits, and provide monthly reporting to internal customers while answering funding inquiries. Assist leadership with variance analysis on account balances on a month-over-month basis. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 1-3 years of accounting experience, and strong communication skills. The position is hybrid with a minimum three-day in-person expectation in Tempe, AZ or Dallas, TX.
