Job Summary
Manage collections for all Audiense entities by monitoring aging reports, following up on past-due accounts, and preparing customer statements while maintaining communication history in Salesforce and HubSpot. Process customer onboarding forms, resolve billing inquiries, and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to address account issues. Maintain sales tax exemption certificates in Avalara, prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliations, and support VAT schedules for international entities. Reconcile accounts receivable aging reports to the general ledger, analyze delinquent accounts for reserve adjustments, and assist with month-end close and annual audit requests. Recommend process improvements and develop accounting procedures. Occasional travel to the Dallas-Fort Worth corporate office required for team meetings and training. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required with 1–3 years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes
- Basic knowledge of sales tax and VAT compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Occasional travel to the corporate office based in Dallas-Fort Worth
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite)
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Avalara, or similar business applications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
