Staff Accountant - Fixed Assets, Reconciliations & Utility Analysis

Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records, calculate depreciation, and support RAD-related transfers and audits. Lead bank account reconciliations using ADRA, initiate transfers/wires, and support financial reporting and year-end close processes. Manage utility tracking, billing accuracy, and vendor account reconciliation. Prepare audit schedules and collaborate with internal teams and external auditors. Document procedures and support cross-training efforts. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and audit preparedness within the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority's mission to deliver affordable housing solutions.
