Staff Accountant

Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts, bank accounts, credit cards, and asset/liability/capital accounts while ensuring all transactions are well-documented. Prepare and file multi-state sales and use tax returns, personal property tax returns, and detailed inventory cost analysis for custom product builds. Assist with annual financial audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries, manage full-cycle fixed assets, and process customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders. Provide accounting data analysis to the Accounting Manager and resolve discrepancies in reports. This role supports the accounting team at Digicomm International, a leading CATV/FTTx equipment supplier serving major cable operators globally.
