Staff Accountant – Cost Accounting

Analyze product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances while preparing journal entries and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close processes. Monitor inventory transactions, conduct physical counts, and partner with operations and supply chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning through variance reporting, while supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Develop and improve accounting processes, reporting tools, and ERP system utilization to enhance efficiency and data accuracy across the manufacturing family.
