Required Qualifications
- Three years of accounting or related experience
- Good understanding of the Terms and Conditions of service, and policies and procedures concerning consumer accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting

- Ability to discuss and resolve consumer concerns and maintain good consumer relations
- Ability to express oneself professionally in writing and verbally
