Job Summary
Staff Accountant responsible for general journal entries across multiple plant locations, cost allocations, month-end processes, and GAAP reconciliations. Performs financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet consolidation), analysis of data for management review, and supports tax (sales/use) and property tax filings. Provides payroll support as a secondary resource. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, 2+ years of accounting experience, and SAP proficiency; ITAR compliance restricts eligibility to U.S. Persons. On-site role located in Ontario, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least two years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in Excel with formulas and advanced functions
- Experience with SAP (required)
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Knowledge of GAAP
- ITAR: U.S. Persons eligible for employment
