Job Summary
Hands-on Staff Accountant responsible for supporting general ledger activities and the month-end close, owning reconciliations and balance sheet integrity, contributing to an efficient close process. Requires strong GL, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, ERP experience (NetSuite a plus), advanced Excel, GAAP knowledge, and strong communication with ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong general ledger experience
- Hands-on month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience
- ERP system experience required (NetSuite is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, reconciliations)
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
