Job Summary
Lead month-end close activities including ledger account analysis and complex journal entries. Conduct detailed research and internal reporting to provide actionable financial insights for Division and Corporate stakeholders. Support internal and external audit requirements while executing high-priority ad-hoc projects. Act as the primary liaison for shared services (AP, Billing, Fixed Assets) to ensure seamless operational alignment per the RACI matrix. Manage financial accounting and reporting integrity within the Controller's organization. Bachelor's degree in accounting with 1-2 years of experience required. Hybrid schedule available in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years financial accounting and/or financial reporting experience
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of general accounting matters and IFRS/GAAP
- Strong 'client service' mindset and ability to work well with internal customers and external parties
- Capable of prioritizing responsibilities on a daily basis to meet required deadlines
- Exhibits customer-focused behavior such as building positive relationships and strives to understand customer's needs, both internal and external
- Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically and professionally
- Apply analytical skills through critical thinking with an ability to perform creative problem-solving
- Intermediate computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Excel)
