Job Summary
Book entries under US-Gaap and Local Gaap, review payment proposals, and reconcile bank accounts and intercompany balances in Blackline. Ensure correctness of accruals, prepayments, GR/IR, VAT, and payroll accounts while organizing relevant archives. Handle VAT, WHT filings, EC-listings, and Intrastat for LATAM entities. Requires solid accounting experience with SAP and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Based in Lampa and Rancagua with no travel foreseen.
Required Qualifications
- Solid accounting experience
- Bachelor's in business administration
- Strong command of Excel
- Strong command of SAP (as an accountant)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- 2-5 years of accounting experience in an industrial environment
- Bank reconciliations
- Account reconciliations
- Closing and Accounting entries
- VAT and Intrastat compliance
Desired Qualifications
- Travel is not foreseen for the position, but might be necessary at a certain point in time
