Job Summary
Conduct month-end closings, perform account reconciliations, and input daily journal entries while overseeing recurring data imports and vendor payments. Manage the company fleet by maintaining vehicle lists, insurance, and gas cards, and calculate monthly depreciation. As you progress, manage the accounting team, including performance, scheduling, and hiring, while auditing financial statements and preparing reports. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 6 years of successful accounting experience
- Strong Microsoft skills, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A growth mindset — you want more responsibility and are willing to earn it
Desired Qualifications
- proficiency in Net Suite by Oracle
- prior supervisory experience
