Job Summary
Manage day-to-day financial records, reconcile accounts, and complete month-end closing transactions and adjustments. Prepare general ledger transactions to recognize monthly revenue and expenses, enter adjusting entries, and maintain reconciliations of balance sheet and sub-ledger accounts. Confirm depreciation terms, distribute profit/loss reports, and respond to inquiries. Initiate bank transfers, create wire and ACH templates, review expense reports in SAP Concur, and close weekly batches. File sales tax and personal property returns, apply and renew business licenses, and assist with the accounts payable process, cash posting, budget process, and annual audit procedures. High school diploma or GED required with one year of related experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
