Job Summary
Manage end-to-end accounting functions for India operations, including timely month-end close, statutory compliance, GST and tax filings, and balance sheet reconciliations. Lead audit support and drive continuous process improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy. Execute advanced reconciliations and maintain 100% compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory deadlines. This hands-on role requires a technically strong accountant with 6–7 years of experience in a multinational or SaaS environment, proficient in ERP systems like Oracle or NetSuite. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- 6–7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/IGAAP)
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Good understanding of internal controls and reconciliation processes
- Hands-on approach with strong execution skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency
Desired Qualifications
- CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience handling end-to-end accounting in a multinational or technology/SaaS company
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with shared services or global finance teams
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, or multinational organization
- Exposure to multi-entity accounting and global reporting
- Experience supporting finance transformation or automation initiatives
