Job Summary
Stadium Swim Security Officer provides outstanding guest service while maintaining safety across the property, patrols assigned areas, investigates misconduct by staff/contractors, enforces service standards, answers guest questions, protects assets from theft/violence, observes and reports unusual or suspicious behavior, escalates emergencies to supervisors, and complies with Gaming Control Board rules. Requires English proficiency, ability to work any day/shift (including weekends/holidays), age 21+, ability to obtain work cards, and ability to swim in shallow water. Training via property academy completes as assigned. Physical demands include kneeling, bending, walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Complete property academy as assigned
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- Must have the ability to swim in shallow water
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and according to policy
- Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
