Job Summary
Provide outstanding, friendly, and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property by patrolling assigned areas and protecting assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Answer guest questions reflecting an understanding of the department and property, observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior, and escalate emergency situations to supervisors as needed. Adhere to all company service and operating standards, including Gaming Control Board rules and regulations. Maintain a current Basic Emergency Medical Technician certification with the State of Nevada and Southern Nevada Health District Emergency Medical Services. Work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, in conditions that may be hot, cold, noisy, or contain second-hand smoke.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- Minimum one year of law enforcement, military or EMT experience
- Must maintain a current BASIC EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN certification with the State of Nevada, Southern Nevada Health District Emergency Medical Services
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
