Job Summary
Lead and motivate bar/kiosk staff at stadiums and live events across the Northwest, ensuring efficient service, excellent guest experiences, and strong team performance. Responsibilities include briefing before events, overseeing food and beverage service, cash handling and till reconciliations, stock replenishment, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with licensing and food safety regulations, resolving customer queries, and supporting venue management with operational reporting and performance targets. Requires leadership and communication skills, the ability to motivate teams in fast-paced settings, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, cash handling proficiency, and a proactive, professional attitude. Personal Licence holders are advantageous but not essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within bars, retail catering, hospitality, events, or stadium environments.
