Job Summary
Premium Hospitality Bartender at world-class stadiums and live events, delivering first-class service to VIP guests in exclusive lounges, executive boxes, and corporate suites. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard, providing attentive service within VIP areas, handling till transactions, managing stock and maintaining an organized bar, ensuring presentation standards, building rapport with guests, and complying with licensing, health & safety, and venue procedures. Requires experience in premium/high-volume hospitality, excellent customer service and communication, professional appearance, ability to work in fast-paced environments, strong teamwork, and availability for evenings, weekends, and major event days.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience within hospitality, premium bars, stadium hospitality, hotels, events, or high-volume venues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional appearance and positive attitude
- Confidence working in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
- Knowledge of premium beverages, wine service, and hospitality standards is advantageous
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and major event days
